From Basements and Hallway Cupboards

From basements and hallway cupboards filled with scratchy 45’s, dusty records, trashed tapes and rumbled reels Lambert Lepoutre presents another fine podcast.

How many of you remember Ike’s Record Shop in Memphis? The treasure trove was the old shack behind the store. Ike would give you a hammer and a flashlight, just in case the old crooked door would close on you and you would have to jam your way out. You couldn’t walk in the room without breaking a few 45’s among the thousands that were spread out on the floor. But, man, did we find treasures there!

So, when Lambert announced that he was traveling down his hallway cupboard and basement to hunt for some long gone treasures, we knew that this was going to be one hell of a podcast. And did he fullfill that promise!
